Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan guna menyatukan persepsi dan memperkuat sinergi antar DPL dalam membimbing mahasiswa peserta microteaching semester genap tahun akademik 2024\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1125\" src=\"https:\/\/fitk.unsiq.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/1000890606-1500x1125.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2958\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitk.unsiq.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/1000890606-1500x1125.jpg 1500w, https:\/\/fitk.unsiq.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/1000890606-500x375.jpg 500w, https:\/\/fitk.unsiq.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/1000890606-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fitk.unsiq.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/1000890606-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/fitk.unsiq.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/1000890606.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1500px) 100vw, 1500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Koordinasi ini dihadiri oleh para DPL dari berbagai program studi di lingkungan FITK, serta dipimpin langsung oleh Wakil Dekan I Bidang Akademik. Dalam arahannya, beliau menekankan pentingnya peran DPL dalam memberikan pendampingan yang tidak hanya bersifat administratif, tetapi juga pedagogis dan reflektif. \u201cMicroteaching adalah fondasi awal yang akan menentukan kualitas praktik mengajar mahasiswa di lapangan. Maka, peran DPL sangat strategis dalam membangun kesiapan mental dan profesionalisme calon guru,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa agenda penting yang dibahas dalam koordinasi ini antara lain standar penilaian, mekanisme pembimbingan, dan integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman dalam praktik microteaching.
